		<content type="html">Thanks!&amp;nbsp; It's been bottled and labeled, but beyond that I have no idea how it's doing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; They are sitting in the basement and should be ready to drink in 2-3 months.&amp;nbsp; I'll probably crack one open in another month to see how it's coming along!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Trying to think of what to make next &lt;img src="http://blog.smallkitchencooking.com/emoticons/smile.png" border="0" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Probably go with one of the more expensive wine kits and try a nice red.&amp;nbsp; That batch will take at least a year to age, so I wanted to get some experience first, and also to have a good stock of drinkable wine going (to prevent temptation to dip into my "good" stock before it's ready.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I may even try Dandelion Wine, as those are just starting to appear and I'll have tons of them to pick soon.</content>
