So, we go out for sushi to our weekly haunt, Edoya Japanese Restaurant .  Came just as they were back from picking up the fish from the airport (flown in from Japan).  I was the lucky recipient of two fish heads!  The cooking and unveiling will be tomorrow!  Here they are still wrapped up.  All cleaned.  No bones.
