Week 20 and getting to the tough stuff

Spinach
Savoy Cabbage
Turnips
Collards
Broccoli
Buttercup Squash

We are swimming in veggies now.  Literally.  We still have stuff from 2 weeks ago to eat!  I tried to make a dent into it by making a chicken stock, and throwing in everything non-cabbage like.  I need to make a giant collards/turnip/cabbage pie or something.  Maybe I will finally have to dare make sauerkraut.  I put my stomachs health into you, Alton Brown.
