Another Grape Tomato Sauce (with a couple of big tomatoes thrown in)

The zucchini's are piling up, but we still have to eat this giant mound of the eggplant pasta bake.  Out of sauce, and with lots of tomatoes laying around, the choice was obvious.  Into the mill went the small tomatoes to mash and get the skins off.



One beautiful CSA onion, 1 Red Carmen Pepper (I think) and some garlic.  Other secret ingredients withheld.

In then went the tomatoes and "secret" stuff.  The end result, for those curious looked like this:



Now, I could have used a disc with smaller holes to get rid of the seeds, but they add character.   
Woo woo! Meal time!
