Grape tomato sauce. Honeycrisp apples for dessert.


Tomato Berries and Yellow Grape Tomatoes.  Lots of them.  So, I tried making a baked sauce out of them.  It was so-so.  I liked it, but it needed more of a sauce instead of the olive oil.  Feel free to ask for the recipe though!



This was followed up with a dessert of Amablu Saint Pete's Select Blue Cheese - Raw cows milk and aged 100 days, and FRESH PICKED Honeycrisp Apples.  Ohhhhhhhhh it's Honeycrisp time!!  Every year I load up.  18.4 lbs this time, and they'll soon be gone.








This made it all worthwhile, and the toasts were largely ignored.
