Cayenne Peppers

First batch of Cayenne Peppers.  Picked, dehydrated, and ready to go through the grinder.  More Cayenne to come, along with green Paprika Peppers.  Got too cold before they turned red.  Probably be just as good though, and add a bit of color to a dish.

Where can you buy a grinder for these? I have a healthy pile of dried cayennes from our garden, too.

    Monica,  thanks for stopping by!

The best thing to use is an electric coffee mill/grinder.  They are about $20 if you don't have one lying around.  If you do have one lying around, they aren't that easy to get clean!  I keep one around just for spices.  I clean that by running dry grains of rice through it.  Just take out the seeds as best you can (using gloves,  as I've burned my hands before) !  Good luck.
