Leeks.  Leeks.  Cooked, buttered leeks served over beef stroganoff Hamburger Helper.  See, with a fancy French sounding name, it sounds refined.  Upper class.  Aristocratic.  Dare I say....scrumptious. 

The leeks were cleaned and cooked in a pot with some butter, a splash of vegetable broth, and salt and pepper.

This was so surprisingly good, that It'll probably be on the menu the next time we get leeks.   Or maybe some derivation.
